through Lenoir to Boomer Road to hwy 268 for a tour of the Dam and Reservoir,
then into Wilksboro for a stop at the Velero Station for refuel and a break. Then
across 421 to 16, then 88 and into Laurel Springs and Wild Woody, BBQ

AM, Rosary - Joyful Mysteries in the Marion Garden at 10:15 AM, KSU at 10:45
and head for Hendersonville via 191 to Immaculate Conception Church, 208 7th
Ave. W, Hendersonville, Rosary - Luminous Mysteries - lunch to follow, location
TBD 12:15 PM. KSU 2;00 PM and head for Forest City via 25,176 & 108 (176 is the
black diamond route). Arrive at Immaculate Conception, 1024 West Main, Forest
City, Rosary - Sorrowful Mysteries, Marian Chappell. KSU 4;00PM Refue
JR’s favorite lunch ride. Meet at the
Basilica of St Lawrence for Rosary at 9:30 AM, KSU at 10 AM and take North
bound cross city roads to old 70 and the entrance to the BRP, then South on the
Parkway to The Pisgah Inn for a break and the mountain views. No time schedule
from this point on. Continue South to Forest Road 276 and down 276 through the
Pisgah National Forest to NC 64, the longest highway in NC (Murphy to Manteo)
and a short jaunt across 64 to Etowah and the Salty Landing. Best man food

Two day event in Asheville. Camping and/or Glamping for your overnight. Place keeper for now. JR is working on the details as road conditions are assessed in this area, the route may change.
End of WNC riding season. Wheels Through Time Museum: Meet at the Basilica of St. Lawrence, 97 Haywood Ave, Asheville. Rosary in the Marian Garden at 9:00 AM. KSU at about 9:40 AM, South toward Maggie Valley via Haywood and Sand Hill Roads, then 19/23 through Lake Junaluska, then 19 to Maggie Valley. Tour the Museum which has an amazing inventory of Moto history and other rolling stock, most of which still runs. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors. Reassemble after the tour for lunch
